Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with approximately 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases.
• Work closely with the development and QA teams to ensure requirements are met.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.
• Assist in the preparation of user acceptance testing and support deployment activities.
• Monitor project progress and report on key metrics.
• Support change management and training efforts as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., requirements gathering, process modeling).
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
