We are seeking an experienced IT Product Manager to join our team onsite at แจ้งวัฒนะ - AAC. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience managing IT products, with a strong background in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, development, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with development, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Utilize Jira to track product development progress, manage backlogs, and facilitate agile ceremonies.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Lead stakeholder communication and ensure transparency of product status and risks.
• Drive adoption of best practices in product management and agile processes within the team.

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an IT Product Manager or similar role.
• Proven expertise in using Jira for product and project management.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed product decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Thai is advantageous given the onsite location.
