Java Programmer

* Design, develop, and test software applications in accordance with defined frameworks and processes 
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues (bug fixing) and optimize application performance 
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members 
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department representatives (PICs) 
* Prepare technical documentation and user guides related to developed systems 
* Manage assigned tasks and deliver results within defined timelines

* Minimum 4 years of experience in Java software development 
* Strong proficiency in Java programming,Python 
* Hands-on experience with Oracle databases (PL/SQL) 
* Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git 
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
* Good interpersonal and communication abilities 
* Fast learner with adaptability to new technologies 
* Experience with relevant frameworks such as Spring and Angular 
* Familiarity with writing Unit Tests and Integration Tests 
* Open to organizational culture and team-oriented workflow
