-Project Planning & Scope Definition: Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans and ensure clear communication of roles and expectations across teams.
-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with channel managers, product managers and developers to ensure successful project delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
-Resource Management: Manage resources effectively and ensure optimal allocation of team members to meet project deadlines.
-Timeline & Milestone Tracking: Monitor project progress, ensure that milestones are met, and proactively address any risks or blockers to maintain schedules.
-Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports, timeline changes, and project risks.
-Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback loops with teams.
-Change Management: Manage and document project changes, ensuring that any scope changes are aligned with overall business priorities and communicated effectively.
-Post-Launch Analysis: Conduct post-project evaluations, including lessons learned, performance metrics such as google analytics, and recommendations for future improvement.

-Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
-2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in website or digital marketing.
-Proficiency with project management tools such as Clickup, Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, or equivalent software.
-Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and driving accountability.
-Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues and propose solutions that keep projects on track.
