System Analyst

We are seeking a motivated System Analyst with approximately 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves analyzing and designing information systems to meet business requirements, working closely with stakeholders and development teams. The successful candidate will contribute to system design, documentation, and support, ensuring efficient and effective IT solutions. The position requires working 6 days a week, with every other Saturday off.

1. Requirement Analysis

1. Coordinate with users or stakeholders to gather and understand system requirements.
2. Analyze problems and identify solutions to improve business processes for greater efficiency.

2. System Design

1. Design the system architecture and database structure.
2. Prepare supporting design documents such as Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD), or Use Case Diagram.

3. Development & Testing

1. Collaborate with the development team to ensure the system is built according to design specifications.
2. Plan and execute testing (Test Plan, System Testing, User Acceptance Testing – UAT) to ensure the system functions as intended.

4. System Maintenance & Support

1. Monitor and resolve issues after deployment by coordinating with relevant teams.
2. Provide user guidance, training, and support to ensure effective system usage.

5. Documentation

1. Prepare system design documents, user manuals, and system maintenance guides.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a related role (for mid-level positions).
3. Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) is an advantage.
