หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • Lead PM Team to successfully deliver and close projects to customers according to the proposal and contracts Ex. SOW, TOR, etc.
  • Supervise Development Team Lead and manage time-slot to plan, prioritize and allocate resources to successfully deliver projects with PM Team, including finding root cause of problems which slow down the project delivery and solve the issues.
  • Help Project Manager Team to communicate and work with customers to solve the problems, mitigate project risks and handle change requirement.
  • Supervise and support Project Manager Team to address and resolve project issues promptly, employing a proactive approach to keep the project on track.
  • Communicates effectively with Management, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and delivering results as expected.
  • Review TOR, SOW, or requirement documents with the sales team to ensure the project scope.
  • Understand the product deeply, plan, lead, and cooperate with other teams to deliver work, according to the proposal Ex. SOW, TOR, etc.
  • Develop high-quality work outputs including presentation slides, SOW, TOR, solution design documents, status reports, minutes of a meeting, and work acceptance and submit to a related party in a timely fashion.
  • Enable high-performing team members from different departments to achieve excellence in their work and to catalyze design review, solution architect design, cloud solution design, and other necessary guidance to deliver the project.
  • Lead client meetings, interviews, training, and organize the project, e.g. workshops, conferences, etc.
  • Survey and on-site observation.
  • Work with software development & design team to deploy the solution and software solution engineer team to install touch-screen display and related equipment.
  • Other related work necessary to deliver the projects.

คุณสมบัติ

  • Thai nationality only.
  • Work experience between 10 years and above in related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with an interest in digital transformation.
  • Strong supervisory, coaching, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead & enable the team and manage relationships with people for all levels ranging from senior management to working team members through collaboration and with high professionalism.
  • Passion for learning new technology and topics at pace and with structure.
  • Flexibility and ability to work and enjoy working under tight deadlines and handle the pressure.
  • Fluent command of both Thai and English (including writing skills in both languages).
