หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Understand how the system works on each business process and ensure that results from each process step are still valid and accurate. Constantly review and update business processes to ensure that the system can support them.
- Collect and analyze data, specify user requirements, prioritize needs, and suggest solutions that better support achieving objectives.
- Develop documents for E2E system testing plans and test scenarios to ensure all requirements are tested and results meet expectations.
- Set up the platform for SIT/UAT cycles, control timelines, solve problems during SIT/UAT, and work with the developer (Core system development, Peripheral solutions) to align with Core and Peripheral solution teams for further improvement.
- Summarize SIT/UAT logs to communicate with the team and follow up on fixes until UAT is complete and signed off.
- Provide feedback on progress, resolve issues, and find the right solution.
- Establish system manuals for user support.
- Understand the basics of automated testing.
คุณสมบัติ
- Thai nationality only.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of automated tester experience, specializing in Cypress tool.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Knowledge of automated and performance testing tools would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL statements, stored procedures, queries, and Oracle PL/SQL is a plus.
- A proactive team player with the ability to work in dynamic environments.
