หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining network hardware and software components, including routers, switches, and wireless systems.
- Diagnosing and resolving network issues, ensuring smooth operations, and minimizing downtime.
- Evaluating and implementing network upgrades, updates, and patches to ensure security and functionality.
- Implement / Support for Aruba Wi-Fi and Clearpass.
- Implement / Support for SolarWinds.
- Implement / Support for Aruba/Cisco (Switching/Router) products.
- Ensure that the company’s product meets the customer’s requirements.
- Work closely with the customers to understand and capture requirements.
- Eager to learn innovative things and have initiative ideas.
- Ability to interact with many persons, both internal and external organizations.
คุณสมบัติ
- Thai nationality only.
- Gender: Male only, Age: 25-35 years old.
- Experience in Network Infra [Aruba Switch, Aruba WiFi, Aruba ClearPass].
- At least 1 year of experience in enterprise IT software solutions, IT Network technical support, and technical implementation.
- Proficiency in network protocols, configurations, and architectures (TCP/IP, VLANs, Subnetting, etc.).
- Knowledge of routers, switches, access points, network monitoring tools, and network management software.
- Excellent Thai and English language skills (if any).
- At least certifications of CCNA or ACMA is an advantage.
