Lead Software Engineer (React.js + Node.js)

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in React.js and Node.js to guide our development team in building scalable and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on front-end and back-end integration using React and Node.js technologies. This role requires leadership skills to mentor junior developers, oversee project lifecycles, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers to enhance team capabilities and productivity.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Architect scalable and maintainable software solutions that meet business needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on React.js and Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database integration (SQL/NoSQL).
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing or leading development teams.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
