Business Analyst (ERP, Software House)

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in ERP systems within a software house environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in gathering and documenting business requirements to support software development and implementation projects. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that business needs are accurately translated into functional specifications.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for ERP software solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Participate in the design, development, and testing phases to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Support project management activities by tracking requirements, progress, and deliverables.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements within ERP systems.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation including requirement specifications, use cases, and process flows.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within ERP software development or implementation.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering and documentation techniques.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in a software house or agile development environment is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively within a fast-paced setting.
