IT Project Manager Onsite100% แจ้งวัฒนะ -AAC

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee IT projects onsite at our แจ้งวัฒนะ -AAC location. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience managing complex IT projects and a strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects onsite at แจ้งวัฒนะ -AAC.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure collaboration and effective communication.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure adherence to Agile and Scrum best practices and frameworks.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and team performance.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
