Data Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Engineer with approximately 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures to support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives. This role requires strong technical skills in Python, PySpark, SQL, and cloud-based data integration tools, particularly Azure Data Factory.

• Develop, construct, test, and maintain data architectures and pipelines to ensure data is accessible and reliable for analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Implement data ingestion and transformation workflows using Python, PySpark, and Azure Data Factory.
• Optimize and tune SQL queries and database performance, particularly in Oracle environments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues to ensure data quality and system reliability.
• Document data processes, workflows, and architectures to maintain knowledge sharing and compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in data engineering or a related role.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark for data processing and pipeline development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with Oracle databases.
• Experience with cloud data integration tools, especially Azure Data Factory.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
